Summer Heat Information
As the summer heat arrives, the general public should be very cautious when participating in outdoor activities. With the recent high temperatures... dehydration, heat exhaustion and other heat related emergencies can be serious and sometimes fatal. Persons going out into the sun should protect exposed skin using the proper protection, a topical sun screen with a rating of 30 or higher is recommended.

Remember: If you must go outdoors... limit your activity when possible, drink plenty of fluids (water preferred) and avoid exposing yourself to the suns dangerous UV rays during the hours of 10am to 4pm.
